You are most welcome and thank you for patiently waiting, Larry. Upon checking your order will be processed/ shipped from Canada. Therefore, customs requires physical/ street address.
To answer your inquiry, using street address will not allow the package to be sent to PO box. It will be delivered to your physical address.
1:00 PM
Ok. Thank You. Thats what I needed to understand.
Thank you for understanding. Let me know your preferred street address so I can help you updating the shipping address.
1:01 PM
I will need to reach out to my client since this order is intended for someone else. I will inform her about the shipping requirement and make the necessary updates on the website.

(Standby) The print vendor requires a street address as shipments are sent from Canada, and U.S. Customs mandates a street address for processing. EFP will contact the print vendor during business hours to confirm whether the street address is solely for documentation purposes, while deliveries can still be sent to the P.O. Box. If so, the EFP address can be used for customs documentation, ensuring shipments continue to the address provided by Dee Fox.
