Setting up the social media accounts for Integrated Praise Community Foundation. I need to call and verify the package details with the pastor there first. Once the account is verified, we'll handle the billing for December and then get those social media pages up and running.

I have updated the Wheel Partner options on the website. Buttons have been added and linked to the different partner levels, which lead to the Stripe donation pages provided by A.E. I have also added the video that A.E. created to the homepage of the website. These updates are being sent via work order to A.E. for review.

Phone call with A.E. He has provided me with the authenticator access to Stripe. I was able to pull the link for becoming a Wheel Partner. A.E. has sent over the wording for the different donation levels and what they offer. This information will be added to the body of the website and associated with the appropriate donate button.
A.E. will also create the donation links for the Corporate Sponsorship. Once these links are available, I will follow the same process to ensure that buttons are available on the website for donations.
Additionally, A.E. mentioned we may need to review the GoDaddy account to confirm that the RX codes for email are correct. We will also need to connect the domain to the new website before launch.
Checklist
_ Add donation levels and descriptions to website body
_ Connect donation buttons to links (Wheel Partner complete, Corporate pending)
_ Await Corporate Sponsorship donation links from A.E.
_ Verify RX codes in GoDaddy account
_ Connect domain to new website before launch

The additional requested updates have been made to the website and are being sent to A.E. for review. An attempt to access the STRIPE website was unsuccessful, as there is an authorization process required after entering the password, which I do not have access to. The flyer posted for the opening states that registration is available at Eventbrite. I would like to connect the registration link to the new event calendar; however, I am unable to locate the link. Additional note: edits are underway on the video.
Questions:
Is there an authenticator system or backup code to access STRIPE?
Is there a link to the Eventbrite registration that I can add to the website?

Received an email from Amon Deo. The email includes a new flyer to be placed on the homepage of the website, which I will update accordingly. Additionally, he sent a cover banner for one of the pages on the site, which will also be updated. Finally, the email provided login credentials for Stripe, and I will use those details to log in and check the account as needed.

I have made updates to the Integrated Praise Community Foundation website. Changes requested in the last meeting with A.E. have been applied to the site. The site link has been updated on the work order for A.E.’s review. Once everything is approved, we can proceed with the domain connection. During the update process, the following questions have come up:
Should there be dates on the Blogs to help keep them in order?
What should the button under "Upcoming Events" connect to?
Have we decided how we will move forward on the donation/bank connection?

A.E. sent over the pictures of the board members so that we can update the page where needed. He has also requested that we get the site up as soon as possible, as he has had to shut it down due to issues with the current host. I have confirmed in a reply that I will get the updates completed right away.

Integrated Praise Community Foundation – Website Update Notes
The following list outlines the planned updates and adjustments to be implemented on the Integrated Praise Community Foundation website. These items address design, functionality, and content improvements to ensure the site remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the organization’s current information.
Enlarge the logo for improved clarity using the original file provided via Google Drive.
Adjust spacing under the “What We Do” section on the Home Page so the yellow text is evenly spaced and not bunched together.
Review and correct any errors in the Community Impact section statements at the bottom; remove any extra names appearing in the testimonials.
Adjust menu dropdowns to open directly downward rather than horizontally for cleaner navigation.
Remove the “Terms” link from the contact dropdown; ensure the bottom page link properly connects to the terms page.
Resize the box next to the Home Page video to be smaller, allowing more space for the video.
Standardize all orange tones across the website to a consistent, bright shade.
Apply an eggshell blue background to each section on every page for better visual separation.
Ensure all testimonials are fully visible and not cut off.
Update address to “4343 Marconi Avenue, Suite #8, Sacramento, CA 95821” in both the contact page and the footer.
Remove redundant mailing address, second email entry field, and zip code requirement from the contact page form.
Add two new blogs provided via email.
In the “Our Approach” section, stretch the box from end to end and enlarge bold sections, using the original site as a reference.
On “Commitment to Change” and “Board of Directors” pages, increase box sizes, add a thin orange line around sections, move director photos closer to text, and enlarge text size.
Replace the “Coming Soon” flyer on the Home Page with the updated flyer provided via email.
Closing Statement:
EFARLEY® will proceed with making the necessary updates, beginning with a revised Home Page sample that will be presented to Amundayo for review. Additionally, for record purposes, Amundayo is preparing the video for the website and will send it over to be edited with background music and supporting images. We will need to utilize some of the funds that were sent for the IPSC Ministry website to complete all necessary updates, as we are allocating the billed hours toward these changes and improvements. We will revisit what is needed for the IPSC Ministry website at a later time.

Phone Call Summary with Amundayo Edwards
EFARLEY® has connected the website to a temporary domain to display the progress completed thus far. During the call, AE provided a few updates and corrections. He will take some time to review both the original site and the new version in order to compile a list of changes, corrections, and additional updates, which he will submit via email.
AE also addressed several of the questions previously submitted by EFARLEY®. It was confirmed that the primary social media platforms will be Facebook and Instagram. He will also provide content for the blog page.
The request for a zip code on the contact page may be removed. Additionally, an Events page will need to be created—further instructions and details regarding this will be included in the follow-up email.
EFARLEY® will recreate the Network Application that is connected to the "Network" buttons. All form submissions from this application will be directed to admin@integratedpraisecf.org.
Another meeting will be scheduled at a later date.

The main website pages have been successfully recreated on the new platform. However, links and page connections still need to be configured. The mobile version of the site will require a manual restructuring process, which will extend the project timeline. Additional effort and extended hours will be dedicated to completing this phase as promptly as possible.

The transfer process for the Intergater Praise Foundation website is now underway. Content is currently being gathered and preserved. The homepage layout has been established, though a few remaining details still need to be finalized. I reached out to Amun for the logo file, which has since been emailed to me.
In our recent text exchanges, I informed Amun that certain connections and functionalities from the original website were incomplete. As a result, I may need to ask additional questions or gather missing information to ensure a smooth and accurate buildout.
We have set a goal to have the website fully completed within two weeks, with July 11th targeted as our projected completion date.

(Call Summary)
Received a call today from Pastor Amundayo Edwards regarding potential website management services for both the Integrated Praise Spiritual Center (IPSC) and the Praise Integrated Spiritual Center Foundation (PISCCF). He is exploring the possibility of having Efarley® oversee both sites.
We conducted an initial review of the Foundation's current website to assess the necessary updates that would improve ease of management and long-term sustainability. The goal is to position the website for greater visibility and organizational growth.
As part of this initiative:
The existing IPSC website will be rebuilt to reflect the ministry’s current operations. New tools and staff/member functionalities will be integrated to enhance usability and effectiveness.
The Foundation website will be transferred to the Wix platform, preserving the current design where possible. Enhancements will include the addition of an introductory video and investigation into the blog functionality to ensure it's working properly.
A timeline-based feature will also be considered to highlight past activities and accomplishments of the Foundation.
The donation section for the Foundation was discussed in today’s call. Efarley® will explore alternative nonprofit donation tools that allow fee-free contributions.
Hosting Plans:
The Foundation will be hosted under the Web Plus Package.
The IPSC hosting package is yet to be finalized and will be discussed further with Pastor Edwards.
Though these are two separate websites, we will implement a combined billing structure for simplified invoicing.
An invoice is currently being prepared for the website preparations. Please click the invoice link to review and submit payment.
