The domain name servers for New Culture Striving have been successfully updated. The website is now properly connected to the domain and is accessible through the live domain address.

Patrick's domain is currently hosted with Hostinger, and he provided the account login credentials so I can reconnect the domain to the website. After accessing the account, I discovered that the account email address has not yet been verified, which is preventing any updates or changes to the domain settings. I sent Patrick a text message advising him to look for the Hostinger verification email and complete the verification process. Once his email address has been verified, I will proceed with connecting the domain to the website and restoring the New Culture Striving website online.

Restore the New Culture Striving website account and service package.

Scope of Work
Restore the client's website account and associated services.
Determine the current status of the domain name, which has been moved to a different hosting provider.
Attempt to transfer the domain back to EFARLEY® management, if appropriate.
If a transfer is not possible, obtain the necessary hosting and/or domain access credentials so the website can be restored and managed on the existing host.
Once access has been established, reconnect and verify all website services as needed.
Billing
Invoice the client for the current service invoice.
Include the client's previous outstanding balance on the invoice.

Pending client response regarding domain registrar and hosting account access. Website restoration will begin once the required access has been obtained.
