Wednesday, June 17, 2026: I received a text from Audrea regarding an email issue. Upon checking, her Champs4Life email had been hacked, forwarding her inbox to another account and moving messages to deleted items. I worked with GoDaddy to identify the issue, reset her password, and ensure her email is now fully functional. In summary, the task involved identifying the breach, resetting her access, and confirming that her email is secure.

Received a text message from Robi of Everything Rah-Rah. She said she is unable to access her email and that nothing is working. I have tested the email and confirmed everything is functioning correctly. I sent updated information to Robi and will await her confirmation that everything works properly. REP: Larry F.
