After troubleshooting and conducting some online research, I found that Microsoft is currently experiencing login issues affecting approximately 5% of users. I recommended that Ms. Dezzie not make any changes to her system at this time, as this appears to be an issue Microsoft is aware of, and we do not want to create further complications by altering unnecessary settings.

I will follow up with Ms. Dezzie on Monday to confirm that she is able to access her email. She indicated that she can still check her email from her phone, but the problem is isolated to her laptop. This is not classified as an office task, but I will monitor it and follow up as a precaution.

This evening, I had a call with Rev. Randolph Johnson regarding the Healing Emotional Damages (HED) program scheduled for this week. He requested that the electronic program be added to the website so attendees can view it directly online instead of printing physical copies. I added the electronic program to a page that replaces the registration page, ensuring the existing QR code still works for event attendees to access the program.

Additionally, I created a tab on the homepage for children's gift registration at the HED luncheon. We also discussed the scholarship readers, and I added their information to the website. I personally verified that the donation page on the HED site is set up. I asked Randolph to confirm the PayPal deposit in his bank, which he will do shortly. Once he confirms, we'll send the remaining balance from PayPal. Lastly, I will text him to confirm if he received the folding Christmas cards. We reviewed all updated pages, disclaimers, and the new HED conference page listing presenters.

I walked her through the steps of accessing the website directly via the internet browser, and she was successfully able to connect. I have also updated the SEO settings so the website should appear properly in Google search results moving forward.

During this call, I confirmed that I would check to see if we still have a PayPal account for donations. I have located the login information and verified with Rev. Johnson that the PayPal account is active with an available balance of $115.14. The PayPal donation button on the website has been updated accordingly.

We also reviewed the donation page, where Lady J pointed out wording referencing a GoFundMe account. Upon checking, there is indeed a GoFundMe account online, but it is unclear who created it. Rev. Johnson will reach out to a contact who is more familiar with GoFundMe and its processes to confirm how to proceed with this matter.

Integrated Praise - DNS Restoration

Today, I received a call from Amundayo of Integrated Praise regarding their website being offline. Upon investigation, I found that the DNS settings had been altered from the GoDaddy back office, likely due to changes Amundayo made while updating his email account. I accessed the GoDaddy settings and restored the DNS to the correct website configuration.

Currently, the changes are in the process of propagating, and once fully propagated, Amundayo will confirm that the website is back online. For now, the DNS updates have been completed on our end.

Closing Statement:
EFARLEY® will proceed with making the necessary updates, beginning with a revised Home Page sample that will be presented to Amun-dayo for review. Additionally, for record purposes, Amun-dayo is preparing the video for the website and will send it over to be edited with background music and supporting images. We will need to utilize some of the funds that were sent for the IPSC Ministry website to complete all necessary updates, as we are allocating the billed hours toward these changes and improvements. We will revisit what is needed for the IPSC Ministry website at a later time.

Kimberli 😃 from Jerome McGee International has requested an update to the JMI website link (jeromemcgee.com). Specifically, she asked to add a thumbnail image that will display whenever the link is shared. I have gone ahead and used a portion of their logo to serve as the thumbnail image. This change has been confirmed with Kimberli, and she's reviewing it to ensure it meets her needs. If it does, no further adjustments should be required.

I have written in the notations for tomorrow meetings that I am not able to backup info to every account, I can only do it to one account. The new invoice total for JMI/JTC 330mo. Billed on the 10th. I have sent sharon the available sizes for banners.

I received a call from Pastor Sharon, with Shanell White also on the line. Shanell was experiencing difficulty accessing the finance@jeromemcgee.com email account. After walking through several troubleshooting steps, we determined that the issue was related to her browser settings. As a workaround, Shanell will need to use incognito mode in order to successfully access the finance@jeromemcgee.com email account.
