Call from Ms. Dezzie. She is experiencing problems accessing her email account. After troubleshooting and conducting some online research, I found that Microsoft is currently experiencing login issues affecting approximately 5% of users. I recommended that Ms. Dezzie not make any changes to her system at this time, as this appears to be an issue Microsoft is aware of, and we do not want to create further complications by altering unnecessary settings.

I will follow up with Ms. Dezzie on Monday to confirm that she is able to access her email. She indicated that she can still check her email from her phone, but the problem is isolated to her laptop. This is not classified as an office task, but I will monitor it and follow up as a precaution.

This evening, I had a call with Rev. Randolph Johnson regarding the Healing Emotional Damages (HED) program scheduled for this week. Work Order Update: Call with Randolph Johnson and Lady J. Lady J reported being unable to access the Healing Emotional Damages website when attempting to connect through Google. I walked her through the steps of accessing the website directly via the internet browser, and she was successfully able to connect. I have also updated the SEO settings so the website should appear properly in Google search results moving forward.

During this call, I confirmed that I would check to see if we still have a PayPal account for donations. I have located the login information and verified with Rev. Johnson that the PayPal account is active with an available balance of $115.14. The PayPal donation button on the website has been updated accordingly.

We also reviewed the donation page, where Lady J pointed out wording referencing a GoFundMe account. Upon checking, there is indeed a GoFundMe account online, but it is unclear who created it. Rev. Johnson will reach out to a contact who is more familiar with GoFundMe and its processes to confirm how to proceed with this matter.
