Call from Ms. Dezzie. She is experiencing problems accessing her email account. After troubleshooting and conducting some online research, I found that Microsoft is currently experiencing login issues affecting approximately 5% of users. I recommended that Ms. Dezzie not make any changes to her system at this time, as this appears to be an issue Microsoft is aware of, and we do not want to create further complications by altering unnecessary settings.

I will follow up with Ms. Dezzie on Monday to confirm that she is able to access her email. She indicated that she can still check her email from her phone, but the problem is isolated to her laptop. This is not classified as an office task, but I will monitor it and follow up as a precaution.

Received a phone call from Jackie. Upon returning her call, she inquired about the ABE Award. We agreed to move forward with adding it to the website. The deadline to submit votes is October 15, 2025. Visitors will be able to submit a vote by simply entering their name. Jackie also requested that we include a “Next Meeting” vote option. Additionally, I confirmed that I will contact Monique regarding the machine and discuss the related details with her.
