PayPal Account Setup
Summary:
A new PayPal account is being established for the Bottley Family Foundation. The account will be created using the Social Security Number of Sharon Harding (S.H.). Once the account setup and PayPal payment buttons are completed, a verification deposit will be coordinated with S.H. to confirm the linked bank account. This will enable the foundation to receive direct fund transfers from PayPal purchases.

We will create a new PayPal account for the Bottley’s account after the Christmas Ball. This way, we won't have to change the buttons that are already in use. Once the Christmas Ball is over, we'll set up the new PayPal account so it can have its own button for next year and transfer all funds over. This will allow it to be connected to the Bottley bank for the Christmas Foundation.

RE: Bottley Family Foundation PayPal Setup
We are initiating a new work order for the Bottley Family Foundation. This task involves setting up a new PayPal account for the foundation, using Sharon Harding’s Social Security Number.
Once the account is established and the payment buttons are created, we will coordinate with Sharon Harding to make a verification deposit into the linked bank account. This will allow direct transfers from the PayPal account to the foundation’s bank account whenever needed.
Additionally, Sharon Harding (S.H.) will obtain a card to use for making monthly website payments going forward.
