I have provided the estimate to Ms. Carissa. In a follow-up phone call, she mentioned that the printing and cost for the obituary are above her available budget. She may wish to continue with the slideshow instead. She will confirm her decision by next Wednesday. In the meantime, the work order will remain in pending status.

Each section includes the cost of designing the obituary itself and the cost of the slideshow reel. Each design service is priced at $125.

Call from Ms. Carisssa Patton-Webb. She is requesting an obituary/program creation service and slideshow services. She would like to receive estimates for both full-size pages (11x8.5) and standard (8.5) print sizes. Estimates will also be provided based on paper quality.

Program Layout (Pages 1–8):

Page 1: Large image of a helmet to include the theme and colors of her son’s favorite football team (Philadelphia Eagles – to be confirmed for accuracy). Creative style images of her son will also be incorporated, including halos or wings, along with his full name and life date information.

Page 2: Reflection of life presented in football-themed quarters (1st and 2nd quarters).
Page 3: Reflection of life continued (3rd and 4th quarters).
Page 4: Order of Service.
Page 5: Image Collage.
Page 6: Poem.
Page 7: Image Collage 2.
Page 8: Acknowledgments and a full-page picture of her son.

Additional Notes:
Slide Show Services will also be provided. EFARLEY® will collect the necessary information as we proceed.
EFARLEY® will gather print estimates and provide them by Monday, September 8, 2025.
Estimates will be prepared for sets of 50, 75, 100, and 150 prints.
