Had a call with Mr. Danny Williams for Champs4Life. Updated dates on the pop-up calendar: Skate Night event set for November 25, 2025, and Toy Drive set for December 18, 2025. Mr. Williams requested a template flyer for the Job Corps event. He will send a full-color flyer for Skate Night; currently, he provided a black-and-white version. Updates are being made to the “A Day of Love” event from June 1 email from Mr. Williams, also added to the pop-up calendar. A template flyer will also be created for that event.

Tasks:
• Mr. Williams: Send full-color flyer for Skate Night.

• Mr. Farley: Create a template flyer for the Job Corps event.

• Mr. Farley: Create a template flyer for the A Day of Love event.

Website Updates

Hello Mr. Williams,
I have gone through the remaining unmarked emails that I received from you, and I believe I have completed the rest of the outstanding update requests for the Champs For Life website.
When you have a moment, please review the updated website as well as the notes below. If there is anything that I have missed, please let me know and I will be happy to address it.
Additionally, I am looking at a different homepage layout that would allow for rotating images. I am not sure if you would be open to this change, but since you have submitted several images that you would like displayed on the homepage, I believe a rotating image layout would allow us to showcase all of them more effectively.
Website Update Notes
• Community Skate Party has been added to the website.
• I do not see a date listed for the Community Skate Party event.
• I do not see a venue name or address to add to the event pop-up for Skate Night.
• No flyer has been located for the Community Skate Party event.
• Do we have a date for the Toy Drive in December? The website system requires a full date in order to complete the update. If the exact date is not available, would you like us to use December 1st, December 15th, or another date of your choosing?
• The flyer for the Toy Drive at Marina Vista has been updated.
• In one of your emails, you requested that your logo be added to your email signature. While testing your email account, it appears that the logo is already displaying in the signature. Are you not seeing it on your end? If needed, I can send a separate update regarding the email signature.

Finish updates from Mr. Williams—add flyers, correct all dates on pop-up page.
Connect his Gmail to his DWill business account.
Create alias: office@champs4life.org.
Provide homepage samples—focus on educational feel, job training for youth, and showcasing diversity.
Create a system so Mr. Williams can submit pictures/info via a link on his phone.
Email Mr. Williams the difference between bank vs. PayPal donations.
Change date on pop-up page "National Night Out Event at Coral Gables" to August 5th.
On homepage bottom, include only partner logo, not the full Turkey Drive flyer.

Additional updates have been made to the Champs for Life website. The following notes have been prepared for Mr. Williams and will be included in the confirmation email once all updates have been completed.

City Farms Block Party
Images and POP-UP calendar information have been added to the website per email request dated 11-21-25. There is no recorded address or start time available for this event to include on the POP-UP calendar.

National Night Out – Coral Gables
The POP-UP calendar entry and image gallery have been added to the website per email request dated 11-21-25. No flyer was provided for this event, and no start time was included.

Home Page Image Update Request
A second image has been requested for addition to the home page per email request dated 11-21-25. The current home page layout allows for five (5) images only. The last available image space was used to add the image of yourself and the mascot at the stadium. To add the image of the young lady in the hat and jumper, an existing home page image must be removed or replaced. Confirmation is needed on which image should be removed. Since a website redesign is planned, this item can also be addressed during that process.

National Night Out – Meadow Glen
The POP-UP calendar entry and image gallery have been added to the website per email request dated 11-21-25. No start time or flyer was provided for this event. The templated “Information Coming Soon” flyer was used.

RE: Champs for Life Website Updates

Details: Mr. Williams has sent a total of 56 emails containing updates that need to be added to the Champs for Life website. These updates include new images, gallery additions, sponsor and partner details, as well as pop-up event dates and information that need to be integrated into the website.

Once all updates are completed, a confirmation will be sent. If any additional information is needed, it will be requested during the update process.
