Work Order Update

I have updated the flyer for the Healing Emotional Damages Youth Christmas Scholarship Program to include the wording "Free admission for children 12 and under." In addition, I have coordinated with Rev to gain access to the PayPal account. Upon logging in, I created the necessary purchase buttons for the event.

The purchase options are now structured as follows: attendees can select an adult ticket alone, an adult ticket with one child, or an adult ticket with two children. Children’s admission is free, so the pricing remains unchanged; the selection simply helps us track the number of children attending.

This update has been reflected on the website and is documented in the work order. Rev and Randolph Johnson have been notified via the work order update text.

Work Order Update: I have located the PayPal account for HED. We now have access to the account. The password remains the same. The donation page on the website can now be updated. I have confirmed with Rev. J that there is a balance of $115.14 in the account. Once Zelle and Cash App are confirmed, those details will also be added.

The prints have been processed for the tickets for the HED Annual Children's Christmas Scholarship Program. Due to timeframe restrictions, the print vendor was unable to number all tickets from 1 to 300 consecutively. Thus, we will accept two sets of tickets, each numbered from 1 to 150. One set is intended for children and volunteers, and the other set for adults. These tickets will be mailed directly to Reverend Johnson and are expected to arrive by September 2, 2025.

During tonights phone conversation, Rev. Randolph J. provided several updates and requirements for the Healing Emotional Damages website, particularly regarding the upcoming Youth Annual Scholarship Christmas Celebration and related activities. Registration Form for Toy Drive Rev. Randolph J. requested the creation of a registration form on the website for individuals aged 18 and under. This form will serve participants in the Toy Drive that supports the Youth Annual Scholarship Christmas Celebration. Required form fields will include: Child's name Phone number Age Sex (Male/Female) Parent's name Email address Upon submission, the form should automatically send a confirmation email to the registrant, typically the parent. Scholarship Committee Details This year’s scholarship applications will be reviewed by a committee. Josephine will provide the names of the committee members. Once received, their names, photographs, and brief bios will be added to the website. The Scholarship Founder and President is Mia Washington, whose position will be clearly displayed on the scholarship section of the website. Event Ticketing and PayPal Integration For the Christmas celebration, Rev. Randolph J. requested that tickets be available for purchase through PayPal. Ticket allocation will be as follows: 150 tickets for children and volunteers 150 tickets for adults The PayPal account associated with Healing Emotional Damages will be used for transactions. The event flyer will include the website URL and a QR code to direct attendees to ticket sales and information about the toy drive and scholarship program. Additional Notes Rev. Randolph J. also requested that photos from the 2024 Christmas event be uploaded to the website. These images are currently in text messages and will be retrieved for posting. The flyer will also prominently highlight the scholarship program. Additionally, Delores Marshall will be listed on the website as a committee member responsible for scholarship collections. Josephine will also send a solicitation letter for scholarship fundraising. Upon receipt, the letter will be reviewed and refined before being posted online.

As requested, two ticket layouts have been prepared—one for general adult admission and a second designated for children and volunteers. Both ticket designs are set up for print production using a sequential numbering system. Here are the pricing options: Digital Tickets with 300 Printed Copies: $162.00 Digital File Only (Client to use their own print vendor): $25.00 Randolph J. will confirm how we should proceed. EFARLEY® held a phone call with Rev. Randolph Johnson to confirm key details for the upcoming Annual Youth Community Christmas Celebration & Scholarship Luncheon Gala and related projects. We confirmed that the scholarship application closing date will be November 15th. I will follow up with Rev. Johnson around that time to determine if an extension is needed. All related updates will be made accordingly. Rev. Johnson also requested event tickets for the Gala. A total of 300 tickets will be created: 150 tickets will be free (indicated by a lime green marking) 150 tickets will be marked as $15 donation tickets Additionally, Rev. Johnson provided event information via text and emphasized that Royal Neighbors should be listed as event sponsors. I will locate their logo and include it on the flyer materials. During the call, Rev. Johnson introduced a contact named Rachael, who followed up by sending over information needed for the Toy Drive flyer. The flyer will be designed using the details provided. Rev. Johnson noted that there will be a toy giveaway at the event, which must be included on the flyer. This detail has been added to the work order notes.
