At the request of Reverend Johnson, fields have been added to the registration form to allow guests to indicate the days and times they plan to attend. This adjustment ensures that HED/LUYH can properly manage seating and building capacity. The registration form and the data page have both been updated to collect this information. In addition, the data page has been color-coordinated to provide an easy headcount based on the services that individuals will attend. This updated information is being sent back to Reverend Johnson via work order.

I have created the QR code for the HED flyer, and it has now been applied to the flyer. This updated flyer is being sent to Reverend Johnson. Additionally, I have created the registration form on the website, and this form is also being sent to Reverend Johnson, along with the link that can be used to view all registered participants.

Randolph Johnson has requested the addition of a "Conference Registration Form 2025" to the HED website. The form should include the event dates of October 18 through October 20, 2025. We will collect the following information: first name, last name, church home (if applicable), phone number, and email address. Both the email address and church home fields will not be mandatory.

Additionally, Mr. Johnson has provided a flyer for the same event that currently has an incorrect QR code. He has requested a new QR code to be created and placed on top of the flyer.
