(Email from Audrea Williams)

Good morning again Farley, EMERGENCY!! PLEASE REPLACE/PULL THIS NEW "ABOUT ME" WITH THE FIRST ONE...I DIDN'T EDIT IT.

I am liking what I see, now here are the edits to make this site pop! Also, know that I will be approaching some political candidates so that is the reasoning for certain information to be prominently placed. Following are my responses to your questions for clarification on the work order.

Once Upon a girl is properly placed.
We can leave family photo as is.
Leave Read more as is.
Now the readership information should be placed near the advertising piece, not on the subscription page.
Yes, the Power Advertising should also be placed near the piece, not on the subscription page.
AND the picture is placed great, with the people.

Thank you please replace the "about me" I did not edit it! I was in a hurry. So please please replace this ASAP.

Thank you kind sir.

(text from Audrea Williams)

Good morning Farley!😃

I’m going to email you my edits. However, the one main edit could you please put a little sign like a little burst and let it say spring 2026 on the magazine and also let it say spring 2026 issue next to the magazine. The other ones I will send you an email now.

The email updates from Ms. Audrea Williams have been updated on the website. A few points for confirmation:

Please confirm that "Once Upon a Girl" is placed correctly on the About page.

The email mentioned family pictures, but only one was included—please clarify if more are expected.

On the scroll page, the mission and vision currently show. When "Read More" is clicked, it leads to the full About page where "Once Upon a Girl" appears. Would you like it this way, or do you prefer "Once Upon a Girl" directly on the scroll page instead of the mission and vision?

Confirm if the readership information placement under the Subscription page works for you.

The Power Advertising section is on both the Media Kit and Subscription pages—would you prefer it on one or both?

I’ve placed the picture you provided in the Politics section—does it fit as intended?

Completed multiple updates to the MotherWit website. Created the subscription form and sent a test copy to Ms. Audrea’s MotherWit email. Connected all subscription buttons to the newly created form. Established a database to support external article integration with the website. Connected the article provided by Ms. Audrea from The Guardian to the site. Added anchor links to the scroll pages and successfully attached those scroll pages to the website’s top navigation menu.

(MOTHERWIT TO EFARLEY)
This all sounds excellent! I just wanted to point out one thing I do want a subscriber/sign me up page. The subscriptions will just be free for one month.

Could you also remove the magazine with the family on it the one from 2008?

And lastly, I have a mock up of the graphic that I would like to use for the new political department. Section. I will email that to you in a little bit.

And absolute lastly I will chronicle or point out any small edits that need to be made thank you Farley

(EFARLEY TO MOTHERWIT)
Awesome, sounds good. I will be putting together the subscription page tonight after I finish my podcast. For now, we will set it up for information purposes only so you can begin collecting user details, and we can revisit the free magazine offering next month. I will send you the link once it is complete—it may be a bit later in the evening since we wrap up around 10:30 PM, but I will make sure you receive it.

Regarding the articles, that will be entirely your decision. Those pages were added at your request to provide a space where articles could be connected to other websites for additional content. If you do not have any articles at this time, we can simply hide or remove that page until it is needed.

I will also move forward with adding the section for the new department. Thank you.

(MOTHERWIT TO EFARLEY)

Also, Farley, are you gonna put any articles on the tabs that say article?

Good morning Farley, regarding the PayPal account 1) I would like to talk to you about that because I really have forgotten how PayPal works. So maybe we can have a quick call.

2) You’re a calculations are correct regarding subscription services. However, let me think on this for a day. Because I might just want to offer free subscriptions in order to build my subscriber base. So please set it up where I can collect folks contact information, but have the subscription equal to zero for now. I’m going to take a survey because I need to bolster my subscription based quickly. But adding their information that way, I can collect and that can be an actual subscriber.

3) the work that we’re doing on question number two would take the buy one get one free option out for now. We put a pause on it until I figure out subscription cost. So right now the magazine will be free if people subscribe. And we’re gonna run this special for 1 month.

4) yes this is a new department that will be in the magazine. I definitely want it on the website because the season and the status of our nation and the world affairs demands it. When you get ready to do that portion and the graphic can we discuss.

(EFARLEY TO MOTHERWIT)
(Question 4) In your email, you referenced a “new department.” I would like to confirm whether this is intended to be a new section added to the website within the existing down-scroll layout.

Should I include the wording exactly as provided in your email, along with a supporting graphic to visually represent the content?

I do not recall the “new department” being discussed during our phone call the other day, so I would like to gain a bit more clarity on what you would like to see for this section on the webpage.

Please confirm.

(Question 3) Your notes mention a buy-one-get-one-free option. Is that referring to the purchase of an individual magazine, and if so, what would the cost be?

The reason I am asking these questions is because they directly affect the setup logistics of the website. The system needs to be configured properly so that transactions can process correctly at checkout, and I want to make sure I fully understand everything that is being offered.

Unless the intent is for customers not to complete their purchase on the website, but instead to sign up there and then be directed to you separately to arrange payment.

Please confirm.

My second question, which builds on the first, is regarding how the checkout process should be structured. Based on your emailed notes, there is mention of adding a subscription for a friend at an additional $15.00. I would like to ensure I clearly understand all available purchase options.

For clarity, my understanding is as follows: there is an annual subscription for $20.00, and selecting a second year brings the total to $30.00. If a subscriber chooses to add a friend to their plan, there is an additional $15.00 charge. Therefore, if someone selects an annual subscription for themselves and includes a friend, the total would be $35.00. If they select a two-year subscription and include a friend, the total would be $45.00.

Please confirm whether this understanding is correct.

It appears that a PayPal account was used on the original site to process subscriber orders. Will that same account continue to be used moving forward?
