Work Order Update – Shirley Gaines Promotional Video

Today I spoke with Ms. Shirley regarding the promotional video revisions. We reviewed the requested edits, discussed the music selections, and finalized the following production updates.

Music
☐ Confirm receipt of both YouTube music tracks from Shirley.
☐ Use a short portion of the first track for the opening of the video only.
☐ Use the second instrumental track as the primary background music for the remainder of the video.
Video Edits
☐ After Shirley's first video clip, insert the new second clip she provided.
☐ During Shirley's second clip, lower the background music so the audio from her clip can be clearly heard.
☐ Raise the background music back to its normal level before the next section begins.
☐ Remove the main speaker information that currently appears directly behind Shirley's first clip.
Minister Devonna Section
☐ Remove the overlapping main speaker sound bite from Minister Devonna's section.
☐ Allow music only to play during Minister Devonna's appearance.
Main Speaker Section
☐ Following Minister Devonna, display a still image of the main speaker.
☐ Begin the new sound bite provided by Shirley.
☐ Start the sound bite from the beginning.
☐ Keep the still image displayed while the existing on-screen wording is visible.
☐ Once the wording disappears, fade in the promotional video footage.
☐ At approximately 0:32, remove the video visual while allowing the sound bite to continue uninterrupted.
☐ At that point, display the event flyer featuring all event participants.
Closing Screen
☐ Add a bright yellow call-to-action:
"Get Your Tickets Today! Seating Is Limited!"
☐ Add Shirley's website using the .pink domain (to be confirmed before final export).

Spoke with Ms. Shirley Gaines regarding the promotional video sample. Ms. Shirley shared that she is pleased with what she has seen so far. She will be sending an additional video clip that she would like placed immediately after her first clip. She will also check to see if she can resend the music she would like to use in the promotional video. At this time, I am awaiting the additional clip, the music file, and any corrections or requested changes following her review of the sample.

July 25th, 2026.

Completed the sample promotional video for the Unstoppable Event. However, I have not yet received the specific song Shirley Gaines requested for use in the video. To allow the sample to be reviewed without delay, I temporarily inserted a different audio track. Once Shirley provides the requested song and any feedback, I will make all necessary edits or corrections before preparing the final version.

Friday July 24, 2026

Received a call back from Shirley Gaines. Shirley confirmed that it is okay to utilize the materials she sent. Her content includes disclaimer descriptions. She verified that she is the owner and grants permission to use it. She also provided a song she'd like us to try to add to the end of the video if it fits. I requested her original logo, which she has now sent. Plan is to complete the project by the end of business tomorrow.

Work Order Update, July 22, 2026:

Received a message from Shirley, confirming content she sent over the past few days. I reviewed the materials in my text messages and have a few questions for her. I've reached out by phone and am awaiting her callback so we can address any outstanding items and move the video into quick turnaround.

Text received from Shirley Gaines. She requested sample videos to help determine what items she will send as we prepare her promotion. The invoice has been paid, and this is reflected on the work order. Sample video links have been added to the work order, and a confirmation text was sent to Shirley.

Tasks:

Larry: Ensure the sample video links are accessible and align with Shirley’s needs.
Shirley: Review the sample videos and identify what items to provide for the promotion.
